Pricing
At The Millennial Psychologist, we are committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based psychological care that is personalised to each individual. Our fees reflect the time, expertise and care invested both during and outside of your appointments, including assessment, treatment planning, documentation, collaboration with other health professionals, and ongoing professional development.
If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $101.35 for eligible psychology sessions. Rebates are processed directly into your nominated bank account following your appointment.
Consultations
Fees for psychology consultations are available on request and will be discussed with you when making your appointment. Any applicable Medicare rebates or private health insurance claims can also be explained at that time.
Assessments
Assessment fees vary depending on the type of assessment and the reporting requirements. Following an initial consultation, you will receive a personalised quote outlining the expected costs and process.
Reports
Reports are individually quoted based on their complexity, length and purpose. A detailed estimate will be provided before any report is commenced.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change.
As demand for appointments is high and many people wait several months to access psychological care, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client on our waitlist.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will incur the full consultation fee. Unfortunately, Medicare rebates and private health insurance cannot be claimed for non-attendance or late cancellation fees.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely access to care for everyone in our community.
Payment Methods
Appointment fees are payable at the time of your consultation or prior to your appointment via our secure patient management system, Halaxy, or by direct bank transfer.
