From 1 July 2025, the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a fee of $318 for a standard 46–60 minute consultation. The Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi) recommends $330.

At The Millennial Psych, we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible care and continue to offer our services at a reduced rate of $225.28 per standard consultation.

Standard Consultations

$225.28 per 46–60 minute session

If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $98.95. This rebate is processed directly into your bank account after each session.

Assessments

$250 per consultation

Assessment fees vary depending on the type of assessment and the reporting requirements. Following an initial consultation, we will provide you with a tailored quote that reflects the scope of the assessment process.

Reports

Individually quoted

Report fees are based on the complexity of the case and the requirements of the report. A detailed quote will be provided once your needs are clarified.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change.

To ensure fair access to appointments and support those on our waitlist, we ask that you please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can reach us by phone or email.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, will incur the full session fee of $225.28. This allows us to respect the time reserved for you and maintain continuity of care across our practice.

NDIS Payment Methods

Self-managed: you must pay at point of service and admin will issue you with a receipt for you to claim the funds back directly from the NDIS.

Plan-managed: We will email the invoice directly to the Plan Manager. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are funds available to pay for the appointment.

Payment Methods

Appointment fees are payable at the start or prior to the session. Payments can be made securely through our patient management software, Halaxy, by EFTPOS or direct bank transfer
