Lillian is the Director and a registered psychologist who enjoys working closely with adolescents and adults, particularly with anxiety, sexual wellbeing and dysfunction, womens health, ADHD, issues relating to body image, self-esteem, and relationships.

​Lillian’s approach to psychology and therapy is founded on the best possible outcome for her clients. She endeavours to assist clients in developing, managing and maintaining mental health through her client-centered approach. She is of the belief that both physical and mental health are inter-related and works closely with clients to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

​Lillian has a wealth of knowledge and experience about the transitional stages within the developmental cycle – particularly from childhood to adolescence and adolescence to adulthood. Lillian works to guide children, adolescents and young adults through life transitions whilst focusing heavily on developing healthy relationships, resilience and self-esteem whilst normalising the management of mental and physical health. Lillian works closely with treating anxiety through the use of psychoeducation and cognitive and behavioral strategies. Lillian embraces clients with unconditional positive regard and motivates clients to excel in all aspects of everyday life. Lillian genuinely loves working with people and this is evident through the successes of her clients.

What We Offer

  • Once we receive a referral from your GP and you have completed our intake process, a referral acceptance letter will be sent to your GP along with ongoing communication regarding your wellbeing.

    You do not need a referral to see a psychologist, however you will not be eligble for a Medicare rebate.

  • Therapeutic support for participants with self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plans.

    This includes; capacity building, early intervention, assessment and psychological support.

    Our interventions are based upon research-based strategies used to increase quality of life and decrease problem behaviour by teaching new skills and making changes in a person’s environment.

The Therapy Process

Therapeutic sessions are 45-50 minutes in duration and the frequency of appointments is individually tailored to meet your current needs and goals. It may be necessary during the therapy process for your psychologist to consult with your other health professionals. Your written consent will be requested and obtained prior to consulting your additional health professionals.

We offer both in clinic and telehealth psychology.

Psychologists are bound by a professional code of ethics and are required to abide by principles of professional conduct, legal matters, responsibilities and confidentiality.
